Chiranjeevi focusing on youth, women

Chiranjeevi focusing on youth, women
Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) chief Chiranjeevi has been mainly concentrating on youth and women in his Praja Ankita Yatra since four days in East Godavari district.

Most of his speeches have been focused on women and youth.

In fact, the PRP chief has been using dialogues from some of his films in his endeavour to inspire women and youth.

Starting his Praja Ankita Yatra on the fourth day from Mandapeta today, he advised the youth to become ‘Stalin’ and ‘Tagore’ to usher in a silent revolution in the State.

Women and youth were more powerful and it was the right time to show their might in the elections, he added.

Youth should come forward to eradicate corruption, poverty, unemployment and illiteracy, the PRP chief said.

Launching a frontal attack on the government, he alleged that the agriculture sector was neglected and welfare of the farming community forgotten. If the farmers went on strike for one year, what would be the fate of the so-called leaders as well as the State, he asked. Supplying of free power to farmers was the duty of the government, he opined. Agriculture Minister N Raghuveera Reddy knew nothing about agriculture except politics, he alleged.
